Rogers has ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They are crooks and thier minimum wage paid employees have no idea what the policies are. More times than not they flat out lie to you instead of fix your issue. I already cancelled one of my lines and opened 2 with a competitor and as soon as the contract ends on the 1 line I left I will cancel and NEVER, EVER go bak

Don’t u have to give any cancellation fees when u cancel the contract?
It sure sucks! I was trying to cancel my contract and these idiots said I have to pay about $250 cancellation fees. I am trapped. Never use ROGERS!!!!!

I was with rogers since 1996, have 4 accounts (whole family). Their service becoming worse and worse. Last year I had a few problems with overcharging, over billing, network problems, charges for text mssgs while I have text included in my plan. I’ve spent hours on the phone with rogers tech, billing, other “specialists” – it feels like it’s bunch of idiots that can’t or don’t want to find a problem, instead they bouncing calls between tech, iphone, billing, supervisor, etc. then you have to wait days and call again to see if problem fixed (more often – not). First few days of 2012 New Year and another problem. I’ve noticed that in first couple days of my billing cycle most of my minutes included in plan are gone. Again after 25 min on the phone they informed me that there’s nothing can be done or checked until next billing cycle. I feel that they will hit me with another $200 for “extras”. It’s obvious – they can’t gent new customers because their plans suck – so they decided to rip off existing (and loyal for many years) customers. Can’t wait when my contract with rogers ends in a few month – this will be the last day I deal with them. People – whatever you do – DO NOT get into any contract with these crooks – ROGERS SUCKS, it’s the WORST company on the market!!!

I pre ordered Dexter, season 4 on August 7th. I got it on Dec. 3rd! WTF? I bought it at Wal*Mart for alot less, in October, because I assumed it wasn’t coming from Columbia Shit-House!
I also bought The Blind Side from the Shit-House. When it came, it was wrapped in plastic saran wrap, and there where no seals on the case where you open and close it. I sent it back with a note saying I expect a new movie, for what I paid!
I don’t think they’re in business anymore, are they?

I have a theory about humans and contentedness* It’s sort of under revision at the moment, due to personal experience, but basically, it goes like this: if you are a human, you are biologically incapable of being content. Whether you want to put it down to God or evolution, the fact is that the human race never would have progressed to where it is if, thousands of years ago, people had gone "Food? Check. Shelter? Check. Sex? Check." and realized they didn’t really need anything more. So we’re built to always want, to always feel like we need more – and, so that we don’t become totally hopeless, we’re constantly resetting our measure of contentedness, so that we believe, really and truly, that if we just get that promotion, or that house that we want, or if we can own our dream car, we’ll be content, and we can rest.

At first this idea depressed me, but now I kind of like it. It takes the pressure and worry out of it, and removes the guilt for not being content with an easy, happy life.

*It used to be my theory about humans and happiness, but I have discovered them to be to very different things

Columbia House is Bankrupt If you owe anything get in touch with 416-847-5173 This is the Trustee that is looking after all outstanding bills I just went to Columbia house site and was directed to there site, I was just asked to join again from columbia house after being a member for 20 years what a joke They want me to fulfil my new membership they can go to hell everything has ceased since they are now in BANKRUPTCY I cant believe they sucked me in I THOUGHT THE WAY THEY WORDED IT THAT THEY WE’RE GIVING ME A DEAL NOT SOOOO A WHOLE NEW MEMBERSHIP ITS BULLSHIT!!!!
